This past July 22 to July 31 Valour Park Association participated in the KDAYS Festival in Edmonton. Members of VPA were at this years event as part of a tribute to Canadas military exhibit which featured the portraits of Canadas fallen members in Afghanistan and vehicles of the association representing our Canadian military’s history. Thousands of people passed by our display and we were encouraged by the support for our association and historical value that these vehicles represent. Educating people on the role that Canadas military provides world wide throughout history has been hidden or downplayed by our government. Canadian military history has been significant worldwide and should rightfully be taught and learned by all Canadians. Valour Park Association wants to educate the public on our Canadian military’s mechanized history.
